I am Igor Bogush, founder of Atlant Estates. For years I have been fascinated by marketing and modern technologies, which allows me to effectively combine innovative approaches with the dynamically developing real estate market. I speak several languages, including Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English and Spanish, which enables me to work effectively with clients from different corners of the world.
My professional path began with an internship at Kinos Group in Malaga (2014), and then I earned a master’s degree in Real Estate Management at WSB Merito in Wroclaw. In 2018, I obtained a real estate broker’s license No. 23857 granted by the Polish Real Estate Market Federation.
With years of experience and a passion for the real estate industry, I created Atlant Estates, which is dynamically growing and adapting to the needs of international clients.

The origins and development of the company
The idea to create Atlant Estates was born out of the growing demand on the rental market in Wroclaw, especially among foreigners who were facing numerous difficulties in finding an apartment. Language barriers, unfamiliarity with local rules of cooperation and cultural differences made it difficult for many to find suitable housing.
Thanks to our support, in 2018 we helped more than 50 people find comfortable apartments, providing them with full rental services and paperwork.
Expansion of offerings – Sales and loans
After obtaining a real estate broker’s license, our offer expanded to include the sale of real estate and assistance in obtaining financing. Many people who originally used our rental services decided to invest in properties, which they then transferred to our care as apartments for rent. To this day, we still manage many such units, providing owners with a stable passive income.
Professionalism, innovation and automation
In 2024, Atlant Estates’ business was expanded to include automation and integration of CRM systems in the real estate industry. Our sister company Atlant Consulting Ltd. supports agencies and investors in optimizing processes, implementing modern real estate management tools and improving business efficiency.
Expansion into the Spanish market
In 2025, we established cooperation with partners in the primary and secondary markets in Spain, which allowed us to expand our offer to the Spanish real estate market. Now our clients can invest and buy property not only in Poland, but also in sunny Spain, with our comprehensive support at every stage of the transaction.
